Now there is a new luxury private residential estate in Abu Dhabi at Northeast of Abu Dhabi city. It is called Nurai and it has an outstanding architecture with a luxury look design.
It is build on a 130,000 square meter island. The island was transformed into a glamorous and luxurious resort with exclusive private residential estate. One of the boutique luxury hotel has 60 suites, 31 beachfront estates and 36 water villas.
The project was taken by the New York based Studio Dror which designs the residences, which was led by Dror Benshetrit and the Paris based firm AW2 were responsible for the hotel’s design.
There is also a private “Seaside” residences which costs a fortune to purchase it unless you are a Saudi Prince, the five bedroom-six bathroom estates span across between 3,000 — 6,050 square metres.
Each “Seaside” estate will have its own private beach and garden, rooftop garden with a spa pool, infinity swimming pool, indoor reflecting pools, concealed service quarters, entertainment patios, outdoor dining areas, chef and show kitchens and outdoor showers.
The resort is due to open in 2010 and the prices for the residences start at €20 million.
